Semiconductor Materials

Semiconductor Materials are a kind of electronic materials owning semiconductor properties. Its conductivity property is between that of conductors and that of insulators. Semiconductor materials are divided into four categories, elementary semiconductor, inorganic compound semiconductor, organic compound semiconductor, non-crystalline and non-liquid semiconductor.

Elementary semiconductor include germanium, silicon, germanium, tellurium.

Inorganic compound semiconductor include nano metal powder, gallium arsenide, indium phosphide, cadmium sulfide, bismuth telluride, lanthanum sulfide, scandium oxide, yttrium oxide.
