Product Introduction
The integrated crack monitoring device is pull-wire displacement monitoring sensor, designed for intelligent monitoring of surface crack displacement states such as slope ground cracks and retaining wall cracks. It provides comprehensive, dynamic monitoring of slope displacement and wall cracking deformation caused by external forces. The device integrates various high-precision measurement sensors for displacement, posture, acceleration, positioning and azimuth. It is suitable for harsh installation environments and can monitor multiple states including surface cracks, vibrations, and angles, allowing for comprehensive analysis and early warning predictions.
Data Collection
The timeed collection and triggered reporting working mode can capture changes in the monitored object in real-time with extremely low power consumption. It provides continuous, real-time automatic monitoring of structural crack conditions and supports remot alarm threshold settings and abnormal condition alerts.
The three-parameter crack gauge can simultaneously monitor crack opening and closing, vibration acceleration, and inclination changes.
Using Kalman filtering effectively eliminates external interference, ensuring the accuracy of collected data.

The structural design integrates multiple sensor collections, a built-in high-performance power supply battery, data storage, and wireless communication.
Power and Communication
With a built-in battery, the device is designed for extremely low power consumption, allowing it to operate continuously for over 3 years.
It supports 4G full-network communication, narrowband IoT transmission technology with NB-IoT, and LoRa self-organizing networks.
The device also supports remote parameter configuration, firmware upgrades, and device status inquiries.
