Product Introduction
The integrated inclination (collapse) monitoring device is an intelligent product designed for monitoring displacement, minor deformation, collapse, and other structural changes. It combines data collection, wireless communication, battery power, and high-level protection in a single unit. This triaxial inclinometer and vibration acceleration monitoring equipment’s main functions include real-time monitoring of angular position, acceleration, temperature, and humidity changes, and real-time data upload.
Data Collection
It collects information on triaxial angles, azimuth, battery voltage, environmental temperature, and positioning data, providing multidimensional information for subsequent data analysis from multiple angles and parameters.
Using Kalman filtering effectively eliminates external interference, ensuring the accuracy of collected data.
The timed collection and triggered reporting working mode can capture changes in the monitored object in real-time with extremely low power consumption, providing continuous monitoring and early warning of slope health conditions.
Integrated Design
The integrated fully-sealed structural design is made of high-strength, aging-resistant engineering plastic, suitable for harsh outdoor environments.
The device supports remote parameter configuration, firmware upgrades, and device status inquiries.
The device powers on automatically and is easy to install.
Power and Communication
Powered by a built-in lithium-thionyl chloride battery and featuring 4G/NB-IoT/LoRa communication methods, the design integrates sensing, power supply, data collection and communication into one structure.
