Samarium foil is rare earth evaporation coating material, which is also sputtering target. It is silvery white metal sheet, which has good ductile, but poor electrical conductivity. Sm foil turn dark in air because of oxidizing. It need reduced samarium ingot or distilled samarium ingot as raw material.
